Step-by-Step Installation

Remove Old Engine: Disconnect the throttle cable, unbolt the engine from the frame, and remove the clutch from the old engine’s crankshaft.

Transfer Clutch: Install your existing clutch (or a new one) onto the new engine’s 3/4″ shaft. Ensure the key is properly aligned .

As with any aftermarket replacement engine, this little powerhouse was designed to replace the factory-installed engines on a wide range of brands, models, and powersports types. Our 196cc engine may not be a direct bolt-on replacement without a few minor modifications or re-drilling the motor mounts so that everything lines up correctly, but rest assured it can be made to work with a just little DIY elbow grease.
